Tata Indicom Broadband Complaints

Tata Group has ventured into vast space, and that's the reason for large number of complaints against their services.
TATA being synonymous to trust, and value for money, is being turning out to be a damp squib. The connection I purchases was exorbitantly charged high, and username and password was not supplied by the installation engineer, the field engineers are very rude - probably they need to be give customer service lessons.
There have been outages on and off, and internet surfing hasn't been satisfactory.\

Customer care gives complaint No’s but they are not solving problems. Customer care No is on hold continually. If the phone is connect after waiting 6 minits the customercare executives disconnect the phones. If write a email no there is no response of email. If any one registers complaint online, customer executives mark the problem as solved.

The top management hasn't been able to look after the growing number of dissatisfied customers, and probably they wouldn't, because , they have a large customer base.

I don't know which provider to turn to.
