I think that HSBC the world local bank is absolutely amazing, this is due to the amazing costumer service, great amount of security. I have personally never had any problem at all when banking at HSBC bank.
The Account opening, has been hassle free, if you are from other city the account opening process would take almost a month, security checks, this where the bank process needs to speed up, for better customer experience.
I haven't gone to the bank after opening the account, since all facilities are online.
Internet banking has been safe, with the electronic device they have provided, which generates password dynamically, but has come with a price (Rs. 500).
The bank is not for the middle class people, though its the worlds local bank, it caters to the cream of the society.
The customer service has been polite and target at problem solution.
I would recommend this bank to anyone who is looking for a nice friendly and safe bank.I have no problems with HSBC bank at all and am planning to stick with it .
