Vodafone with its cute ZOOO ads, has made a lot of progress into the cellular market.
Polite customer care , pretty offices and prompt answers to queries is appreciated.
But their network suck... remains congested most of the time and to make matters worse voice quality is disturbing.
There's no transparency in the billing system be it postpaid or prepaid....most of the times tariffs do not match.
The billing department threatens to take legal action if bills not paid.....
ex: I availed the postpaid service (initial payment Rs.499),, after using the service for 9 months , switched to another service provider and asked Vodafone to discontinue the service well in advance...it was confirmed, but later on I was billed for the following month even after discontinuing the service. When I enquired about the billing details, they started about their crap billing cycle which made no sense...
Pathetic way to collect money...
Not recommending VODAFONE
